New owners have increased Lot Rent. From affordable to $370.00 a month. Management treats the area like it’s a HOA and threaten to fine tenants $25 for minor infractions.
Tree right on your trailer and been asking for over a yr ago to cut it down ,but done nothing about it it could fall on trailer and someone could get hurt or dealth one already fell in my front yard
