Love the community. But wish I never moved into the trailer I bought. Literally been nothing but issues and falling apart 5 to 8 months after buying it. Shouldn't have to deal with mold, electrical issues, no hvac and now back porch falling down with 8 months of living here.
The roads could use a good paving.
New owners have increased Lot Rent. From affordable to $370.00 a month. Management treats the area like it’s a HOA and threaten to fine tenants $25 for minor infractions.
Tree right on your trailer and been asking for over a yr ago to cut it down ,but done nothing about it it could fall on trailer and someone could get hurt or dealth one already fell in my front yard
A great place to live! I love the community that we have.
