Stayed at Rolling Hills for a few months while working in Albemarle NC in the fall of 2024. Kristie was an awesome and accommodating hostess. Although an older park, it was extremely quiet, secure and will definitely return if back in town. Give her a call if you're in the area. Thanks Kristie!!
As a traveling construction superintendent with a 42' fifth wheel, I look for a safe and quiet place to stay. Rolling Hills is about half mobile homes and half traveling construction folks. This park is safe, quiet and the campers / mobile homes are not right on top of each other. The owners are onsite daily and available if you need anything. A 10 minute drive to propane, groceries, restaurants and Walmart made it an easy stay. A 50 minute drive to the south side of Charlotte. This is where I will stay anytime I am working ... read more
It is nice and quiet. Owners are great. I have no complaints with my stay.
Great place to live, everyone keeps to themselves & it's very peaceful 👍. We rent, along with many others, but I do know that almost half of the mobile homes are privately owned and pay lot rent.
