If you really live in Rolling Hills, and pay and mow and are respectful, not a junker...it is a great place to live. The management cares a lot and has gotten rid of all, most, of the junk people. Houses are being renovated..YAY! Love living here and dont listen to anyone who says the water is bad..that is BS..."the water is good for all potable uses"..from the county!! Bottled water is NOT tested and our water is and is great!! Love Rolling Hills living!!
If you like water everyday and like taking showers and using the bathroom at your own will I would not come here. Water pump for park fails all the time
