Poor management and have know say whatsoever about the yards you rent, lot rent is way to high, plan on selling in a couple years

High on rent..and ridiculous management. Miss it being family owned, had gone down hill since.
This place used to be great when it was family owned. Right now ownership changed to property management firm from California and things went down since. This is an investment firm, they seem to be only interested in increasing revenues. Rents started going up sharply about 7% every year since they took over, well above inflation. Services that used to be provided disappeared. Obviously many residents left and there are abundant vacant houses. Too bad because this place used to be great!
