Well, it's been 3 years and we still can't find a home as affordable as a manufactured home. Too bad Sun owns all the nicer parks in the northeast. We almost lived at Rolling Hills. We were looking forward to it. We found a plan that we felt was perfect for the lot, a rear patio along the brook, a beautiful greatroom, the kitchen has a corner walk-in pantry, the primary bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. We almost lived at Rolling Hills. We were looking forward to it. Sun should not have the word community in their name, they are only interested in dollars not people.
