Sun is only motivated by money. Many people are missing Jensen's, it was more family & people oriented. Buyer beware! I accidently posted a revised review the other day. It only took 5 years for someone from Sun, with a heart, to reply. We invested 2 years planning our move, only to be treated like CRAP by corporate staff, some never responded. Breach of contract is what our lawyer said, but we are happy not be associated with Sun, any where.
Looking for mobile homes for my parents and one of the current listing states Current Park charges $853 a month, this is not an HOA charge... FOR WHAT. no one can afford that!!!

Well, it's been 3 years and we still can't find a home as affordable as a manufactured home. Too bad Sun owns all the nicer parks in the northeast. We almost lived at Rolling Hills. We were looking forward to it. We found a plan that we felt was perfect for the lot, a rear patio along the brook, a beautiful greatroom, the kitchen has a corner walk-in pantry, the primary bedroom has a huge walk-in closet.
