Just got a pizza from Rolling Hearth Bistro at Scott county fair and it was phenomenal and the couple was lovely!!

I’m beyond thrilled you were my son’s choice for graduation food. The food was 10 stars people are still raving about it. The food was so good but most importantly you are great people! You took the time to make sure the party hosts were fed but you also went above and beyond in trying to help us to get our ice cream machine going (was not your machine). I would have you back every time. If you are thinking about booking these guys for your wedding or graduation, don’t think again, do it!!!!
I reviewed them 6 years ago on FB and just had them again this week and same thing. This is the only wood fired pizza food truck I've ever had that serves a limp, soggy crust. Pizza comes out nice and crispy on the outside edges, but when you pick it up your slice, crust is limp and toppings fall off. I mean, even pizza I make in my oven doesn't do that. Rolling Hearth Bistro was such a hit at my wedding! Everyone couldn't stop raving about the yummy pizza and kept asking for the name of the place. The owner was great to work with and handled getting approved by the city, setting up for the wedding, and accommodating dietary restrictions above and beyond expectations. I can't recommend them enough and would rebook them in an instant!
