The could improve by not gentrifying the neighborhood and giving back one of their walls they took from the community.
Rolling H recently decided to paint over one of the most treasured murals in downtown Nampa. While this may be their call to make, it shows that they do not care about the arts within their community. They should right their wrong and hire the original artists to put up a new piece. Until then, I will take my business elsewhere.
Rolling knew exactly what the mural meant to the community when they bought that building, and that the artists had communicated to them the fact that the only thing standing between the muralists themselves and their art was Rolling H deciding to honor the piece that stood for something in the arts and history community here. A one star rating for Rolling H, the shop is attractive, and has high-end, quality bikes, components, and cycling items for sale. There are also a few helpful, kind people that work at this shop. In order for me to give a higher rating, I would need to see the owner improve upon communication and follow-through, and work with the management and staff to overall increase the level of customer service and technical knowledge on and off the bike.
