I walked into this facility in February 2023 not knowing they had 22 cases of Covid. There was no notice on the front door, the website, nor did I receive notification by phone. This was risky business, not only for the residents, but the families. Residents get baths every 7-10 days. There were heaping piles of my loved ones laundry on the floor of his closet (there is another lien by the borough of Conneautville for nonpayment of water bills for the second time on this facility.) This facility has employees who refuse to take the elders to the restroom when they need to go. They tell them to just wet themselves. They also are not available to discuss billing issues no matter what avenue taken by the family/resident to resolve.
