Be sure you document everything, although who am I kidding, they will nickel and dime your deposit anyway. ‘I am in receipt of the refund on the deposit for (Rolling Creek Apartments). UPDATE!! A few weeks ago, our circuit breaker went on the fritz over the weekend. When the office was closed, however, Maintenance was on top of everything and fix everything that needed to be done. So shout out to Keisha! We really appreciate all the hard work everybody at the office does for us! No complaints here! Every time I have an interaction with an employee that works for this company. These apartments are terrible for anyone with asthma or COPD. It’s the only apartment I’ve ever heard of that allows smoking indoors and on balconies (if they tell you people just smoke on the street, management is lying). Over half the residents here seem to be chain smokers and escaping the smoke is impossible. If you have a portable air conditioner and close the windows and run the a/c, then the negative airflow will draw all your neighbor’s smoke into your unit through the outlets, holes where the pipes come through the ... read more

We just moved in a little over a month ago, it’s been great so far! Everything we have needed from the office management and maintenance team have been great and super helpful! Quiet and clean complex.
