The electronics on my Honda Accord went haywire while on I-75 near dinner time at Jellico, TN, about 1,300 miles from our home. Car did not respond to throttle, every warning light blinking, and was difficult to get off expressway and into the gas station. Phoned Rolling Coal, nice lady answered, said they would be there in a few minutes. (Sure, I thought.) A few minutes later they were there with a diagnostic tablet and Coal went to work. We were passing through Jellico Tennessee on our way home to Indiana and my truck broke down. I was in a really bad position and ended up stranded trying to find a mechanic. It got late so we decided to stay at the hotel and try again in the morning. It was a Saturday morning so I was not very hopeful to find someone to help my family get back on the road again. We lost a brake on the interstate at 6am and got off at the Jellico exit & immediately got referred to Rolling Coal. Called Rolling Coal & they were able to get us in and changed out both rotors, pads & a caliper! In 3hrs we are back on the road headed home. Thanks so much to Cole & his team for being great people! March 19th I was on my way to Myrtle Beach with my family. My serpentine belt broke and knocked out my crankshaft sensor. Couldn't get the part until the next morning. Coal's wife transported my family over to the hotel where we stayed the night. Before check out time Coal had my car done and we were back on the road. He also dropped the off to us at the hotel. He made an unfortunate situation easy to deal with. All around good guy. I appreciate your help in a time of need. Thank you!
