Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gave quick service and helped teach us how to set up the bike rack and secure our bikes. Highly recommend and will be using the. When I come back to Thunder Bay
Rented a couple bikes for the Xterra triathlon for myself and 11 year old daughter. Dan really made the process easy for us as out of town travelers. The bikes were awesome and we had such a good trip. Really can't thank Dan and Rollin Thunder enough. Perfect place for all your bicycle needs.
Travelled from Southern Ontario to climb the "Top of the Giant". We were told biking the first part was the way to go. The park does not rent bikes. Rolling Thunder filled that need perfectly. We worked with Cory and Dan who went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule with great equipment and tremendous service. Would highly recommend!
We completed the Top of the Giant hike at Sleeping Giant on July 8, and after reading many reviews recommending biking the first and last 8 km, I can confidently say it was the right choice. That section of the route is very rideable and offers few scenic views, so saving your energy for the hike itself makes for a much better experience. As cross country touring cyclists, my husband and I have nothing but respect and praise for Willem and the Rollin Thunder team. We needed to replace our bikes rear tires and have their brakes serviced and they went out of their way to accommodate us with quick, professional service.
