The friendly knowledgable staff took time to explain bike tire pump options (there are many!) and pricing, we’re very pleased with the floor pump purchased. A few days later I brought my bike in for servicing and was impressed by the quick turn around time, thoroughness of inspection details (itemized on receipt) and price. All gears are now shifting smoothly, brakes and wheels were assessed, small tweaks required. I will be back for sure!

Needed a quick repair on a long distance ride during a stop in Thunder Bay. Showed up 30 minutes before closing time and Dan solved my mechanical problem nice and easy. Super service. Highly recommend the place!
They were able to make time for me on a clearly busy day to determine which small part I needed for my headset and do the installation while I waited as I don’t own the specialized tools required.
