This happened last year when I had just arrived in Thunder Bay and didn’t have the right tools with me. My folding bike only needed a simple adjustment — tightening the riser tube above the headset that connects to the stem — something that normally takes just a few minutes. I recently purchased an e-bike and had some relatively novice questions to ask in regards to it. Dan was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and patient as he answered these questions for me. He went above-and-beyond what I would expect - I will certainly keep coming back here for bike-related equipment/service.
