Next level customer service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. I purchased a component from Rollin' Thunder which failed after very limited use so I asked about putting in a warranty claim through the shop. The manufacturer/rep of the component gave the runaround with ever changing requirements over several months to the point it became evident they had no intention of honouring the claim. The friendly knowledgable staff took time to explain bike tire pump options (there are many!) and pricing, we’re very pleased with the floor pump purchased. A few days later I brought my bike in for servicing and was impressed by the quick turn around time, thoroughness of inspection details (itemized on receipt) and price. All gears are now shifting smoothly, brakes and wheels were assessed, small tweaks required. I will be back for sure!
