Rollins Bakery baked the most scrumptious and beautiful cupcakes and cutting cake for my daughter’s mountain wedding last month. Lemon ricotta blueberry, carrot cake, chocolate with chocolate ganache, and red velvet were the delicious flavors. I must confess to eating two and a half cupcakes throughout the wonderful night! Julie was a delight to work with. Her upbeat personality, great communication skills and exceptional baking talent were so very appreciated. I recommend Rollins Bakery wholeheartedly!
