I don’t typically post bad reviews , you can check my contributions for other establishments but I feel like I have to this time. Upfront in the beginning they were respectful and helpful about upgrading a radio unit for my girlfriend’s car. Spending $1200 we’d expect top notch product , quality , and installation. When picking up the car , she lost privileges to her blind spot cameras. The rear camera has been distorted and ruined . Been going to them since the other location but ever since they moved to cassat, they have been just unprofessional. Over pricing their product and pricing installation. On top of that they will tear your car apart and put it back in horrible shape. All my panels were loose , nothing was done right . $1000 for some pioneers is outrageous
Went to them to have them replace broken RCA jacks, told me it would be $120 and about 2 hours worth of work. when they were done I found the replacement RCA jacks hidden in the back pocket of my passenger seat I mentioned it and he said they spliced them and he assured they worked fine. Called an told them I was still having issues and took it back and they said it was “a bad ground wire” still having issues and you can wiggle the spliced RCA jacks and the sound will go in and out. Had tint done on my new vehicle. It was such a fish bowl before and having the tint is so AMAZING! My renegade looks great and they took such good care of it. Very professional staff and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure what level I wanted or needed and they were able to quickly advise what would look best for my vehicle. Highly suggest getting services here!
