Absolutely. Horrible. I have made an appointment at this location for 2 days. In a row, the gentleman at the office is unable to complete. Any type of appointment is very unknowledgeable of speakers. I was ready to drop the car off and have the car done. And this guy tells me to push it off another day. I cannot take off 3 days from work because these people are incompetent and not able to complete workorders.
They did a poor job on my chevy silverado half way job wiring was a mess drilled holes in my truck bed broke my bluetooth for my dsp dsp wasn't programed had to take it to another shop to get the work done right
Extremely frustrating doing business with this company. It took over 10 trips back to this location and well over 20 phone calls before things were finally made right. The employees installed my system incorrectly several times, causing many malfunctions to occur. Every time, they blamed my 2018 Buick being too new. They would give me my car back at the end of the business day with lots of complications to include engine noise in the speakers, windows not working, and even a missing fuse box cover. I will never take my car to Roll and sound again. The? Installer's left wires hanging underneath the dashboard.The microphone was placed, Toward the Windshield and The radio they sold me was bad. It kept draining my battery. So if I didn't drive the car for a day. I couldn't crank it up Unless I got a boost.
Absolute hack shop. I had a whole other stereo shop completely rip everything out of the car and start over. Double grounding amps not putting in processors paid for. cutting factory wiring, harnesses. Drywall screws. Missing all the bolts in my door panels, Running power wires under the car not through factory grounds. . The list goes on and on. Contact me if you’d like 60+ photos of an absolute disgrace of an installation with all quality JL products. I will be filing a lawsuit
