Hands down the best bbq in Eau claire any time I see their truck and trailer I stop
Best food truck and BBQ in town!!
Was outside roller skating, when I decided to stop by. Decided to get half a rack of ribs. Sat down where I had a good conversation with the owner of the food truck. (Great petson) but man when I say the food was excellent. I feasted on those ribs. It was honestly so good. The price isnt all too bad either. Id say what you pay definetely reflects what you get! Highly satisfied. Will be coming again!
Best bbq EVERRR
Service was amazing . They were set up on time and clean . Food was hot and ready. The burnt ends were so flavorful. The entire plate was so good greens ,Mac cornbread 10/10 . I highly recommend to anyone if you’re looking for some Good Barbecue . Not to mention a huge selection of Sauces all of which are Amazing!
