Catered my wife and I’s wedding. Exceptional food and service. Our guests will remember their food for years to come. We are regular customers of making sure to stop at their food truck any and everytime we see it. We knew we could trust them with being our caterer. We had zero hiccups throughout the event. Rollin' Smoke BBQ absolutely knocks it out of the park every time! You can tell everything is made with care. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender with incredible smoky flavor. Same for the chicken and every side was just as impressive. If you're looking for authentic BBQ that leaves you wanting to look up their next scheduled event before you've even finished eating, give them a try! You won’t regret it! Easily one of the best BBQ spots I've been to! 10/10, highly recommend!
