As long as I'm shopping for specific items, Rollin Oats is great. BUT I'm giving up on buying prepared foods from them. The first time, I ate at the café and there was a piece of hair weave in my meal. Not the end of the world, I know, but hair is a deal breaker with me. So, I forgave that after a couple of years, and started getting prepared foods from their deli. I particularly liked their shepherd's pie. Until today. Rolling Oats definitely deserves five stars. I have shopped there for years and when I'm on that side of town, I never miss a visit as they have expanded their store and have a huge selection but not so much that you feel overwhelmed like a Walmart. They have delicious fresh food to take home and always generous to let you try before you buy. The staff is educated and for wine drinkers, they probably have the largest selection in Pinellas and an expert on hand to explain the details.

Best Health Food Store in St. Pete – Rollin' Oats is one of the best health food stores ever. I've shopped there for years, eaten in the cafe and have always found the food great, the service just wonderful and all the store's employees helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the cafe, which has just expanded with the new enlarged store, and their takeout prepared food is equally delicious and reasonable. Avoid if you ever require customer sevice..... – I've been in this market quite a few times before and have been going out of my way to shop there. But, today, I would have loved to have had a video of the laughably poor customer service I received after I'd left a couple of bags of groceries on the counter yesterday. It would have served as a *wonderful* bad example of how we turn off customers.
