Came and fixed my hot water tank element but forgot to turn it down. I called once and asked him to come turn it down and saw him face to face a second time and asksd. Said he would do it the next day. Never did. Finally this is a 3rd time I ask because of a burn. Oh and I payed cash for a water analysis and he's not given me any news in a year on that either.
Jacques is personable, prompt and very knowledgeable. He gets the job done quickly and with quality. I would highly recommend Jacques to anyone that needs a plumber.
