Apparently your phone number is out of service. Waited over an hour for you to get here with USAA...you kept changing (revising) my ETA and when I called USAA help some dude at your business answered and said you were 15 mins out (after waiting over an hour) called again and then USAA said “we don’t know why we have a company that doesn’t have a number” so thanks for letting me wait with my child for an hour 1/2 for your lack of communication. Will NEVER recommend this company!
This company is terrible! I called my insurance company for a simple jumpstart and they selected this poor company as my rescue. My estimated time was 45mins. I waited and waited and waited and this company never showed up I called them twice and no response I texted them as the voicemail stated to do if you received no answer still no response. After 10 more mins I called my insurance company and notified them of my issue. My insurance company called them as well and received no response.
