I needed to color match one of their siding colors for a paint job and when I reached out to get a sample they got back to me promptly and were able to send one within a week. Great experience working with them.
I have a couple friends that bought this material. Had issues with it and tried to get warranty and they will not stand behind their warranty. CFO also threatened my friend that they have a good lawyer and that he would lose if he wants to take legal action. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!! Stick with a better brand such as Midwest steel or Klauer.
