Upon the first meeting with the funeral director my son advises her that my mother's grave may need to be jack hammered as her late husband's had to. She hires someone that doesn't have a jack hammer & charges me one price. I paid for an upgrade on a casket that has roses on the corners, as my Mom loved flowers. Well they swap the casket for another casket of like materials, but no roses. They didn't even advise me that they were swapping it.
