I am writing this review with a heavy heart and deep disappointment regarding the services provided for my grandmother. What should have been a peaceful and respectful farewell turned into a series of avoidable mistakes that added unnecessary stress to an already emotional time. Upon the first meeting with the funeral director my son advises her that my mother's grave may need to be jack hammered as her late husband's had to. She hires someone that doesn't have a jack hammer & charges me one price. I paid for an upgrade on a casket that has roses on the corners, as my Mom loved flowers. Well they swap the casket for another casket of like materials, but no roses. They didn't even advise me that they were swapping it.
