Zero stars,disrespectful to family. The family did not ask for there to be no formal procession, it was told to us by funeral home. Hearse driver showed no respect to the family, who most did not know where cemetery was.We missed funeral completely. My husband was to be pall bearer. There is no way this guy could have been respecting traffic laws. He certainly was not respectful to us.

Zero stars!! Programs had to be repeatedly corrected. The procession was the most upsetting. The hearse driver drove so fast that many could not keep up. Many did not know where the cemetery was and become lost along the way. One family missed the funeral all together because of the speed. Once confronted he dismissed the family with no care and was rude in his response.

Roller-Crouch Funeral Home staff was a great source of comfort to us as we mourned my mom's passing. They ensured every detail was taken care of. Mark House and all of the staff we thank you for your attention to all of the details and providing mom the service she deserved.

Would give them a 0 after the way my family was treated by Mark House . Very RUDE the way he talked . Asked if he would put something on my mother when they cremated her ( HE SAID WHY DO THAT WERE JUST GOING TO CREMATE HER ) I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

They are the best people ever treat you like family and work with you on makings things perfect have used them for over 30 years phyllis Hightower is so wonderful at her job, and what she does will never use anyone else
