Eric did a wonderful job supporting my family in a difficult time. Mom died during the ice storm. Eric took good care of things even when everyone was ice bound. He was honest and careful. Highly recomend.

Roller Alcoa handled the funeral for my husband recently. Greg Smith handled everything in a very professional manner and I had complete peace of mind knowing they were taking care of everything. Greg stayed in close contact with us. Eric Hodges created a wonderful video. Karen Bowden helped with the service. The memory folder they created to give to people attending was amazing. There are not enough words to express how incredibly thankful we are for Eric and Janie at Roller-Alcoa. They "held our hand" through the entire process and answered all of our questions with the utmost of professionalism. Our relative's death was sudden and unexpected, so our thought processes were all over the place. Eric and Janie helped us with the patience of Job. Most definitely will recommend Roller-Alcoa.
