The staff at Roller-Alcoa was tremendous! Eric, Karen, Greg, Nancy, Richard and everyone else showed so much care and support as we dealt with the loss of our son. Eric picked up on details from our arrangement conference and carried them throughout the funeral arrangements making it even more special. Everyone was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed and that we were pleased with how things were going. They have a beautiful facility and the whole process went smoothly. We are grateful for Roller-Alcoa!

Eric, Janie and Blake did an amazing job with every question we had as well as every text and phone call answered immediately..down to the last minute before the ceremony. Our family could not have asked for a more compassionate, caring team. We are deeply thankful for your support and guidance during our loss.

Roller Alcoa made our Dad’s service so very special. Eric Hodges, Janie and Lyndee did such a great job. Eric had creative ideas and went out of his way to make sure we were cared for and our Dad was honored. His service was beautiful and we got many comments about how beautiful it was.
