We came in to get a replacement watch band. Lynn took care of that relatively small task but was also very gracious, taking the time to show us multiple items that we are considering for future purchases. We ended up making an unplanned purchase from the estate collection because she was willing to take the time with us. Very nice experience.
Stopped by for help with links on my watch. Will Fitzgerald was super helpful and great mannerisms. Highly recommend
