Not very organized. My daughter is a college student in Boone and I've confirmed with this company THREE different times. I was asked to calls a few days before to ensure all is ready for her belongings which I was told they do no have record of me holding a unit. I spoke to Kevin their manager who also confirmed the unit would be available and I will need to pay when I come into town. Now we are left scrambling to find a place for her items for SIX days.
