Absolutely DO NOT go here. I paid extra for climate control and insurance and HAD TO THROW AWAY A LOT of my things after one year for mold and mildew. No climate control truly. SOMEONE BROKE INTO THE UNIT AND THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE AND SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT after paying insurance this was UPSETTING. I tried to speak to upper management, and the receptionist said they do not interact with customers. Not personable at all for a business.
The new owners jacked the price up by 45% without any notice or warning!! I've had the same unit for over 7 years. In the past I would get small incremental increases that were very reasonable. But, the old owners sold the storage unit facility and the new owners immediately jacked up the rent from $130/Mo to $190/Mo within 3 months! Just imagine having all your extra stuff in storage and then getting hit with 25% then 45% more a month automatically charged to your bank account! Is that even legal?? The original owners were great!! Now they are out of their mind. For what they call a 10x15 storage unit The upped the price for 6 months straight. Too $323 per month. Left and went to a more affordable place.
New, clean environmentally controlled unit. Reasonable prices.
