Product looks amazing at first but BEWARE product is NOT built to last and will constantly malfunction. We paid over $6000 to have them install shutters at our office. It’s been 8 months and have had to have them REPAIRED 3 times. There is a 1 yr warranty BUT they will charge you a $147 TRIP CHARGE to come and do the repair and there is always a 3 WEEK wait for them to come out! I imagine they are swamped with repairs because of the poor quality of the shutter systems.
RecommendedI just bought a home in Mesa and it came with these roll shutters which is a BONUS to have for both security when I'm in town and out of town and for the summer months. I called for a tune up and Jim came to the house and did the work I needed done and was SO nice and friendly. I'm happy with the shutters and grateful for the customer service!!!!
