The "premiere" psychologist of New Mexico. NOT. And, he is used by judges. At the time of our case, he had made recommendations in seven cases involving American Indian children. Theses were not ICWA. He recommended they all be sent back to the reservations. Our case: Both parents were chronic drug-alcohol abusers. The four-year old child's father was in prison. I'm a blood relative. Roll recommended the child be returned to the parents. We finally won and raised the child. BEWARE
STAY AWAY from this man. He is a liar and charlatan. He perjured himself in court. He will not answer your phone calls and takes months to write a report but will take all your money. We had to subpoena him to produce vital documents for our court case. If you have an option and he is not your court appointed psychologist please look elsewhere.
