Went here on vacation to try for the first time and they were out of my first two options I wanted, and then when I finally picked something that they had in stock (Oreo) they made it, to then realize they were out of whipped cream to finish it. Place also looked sketch.
Ice cream is good. We have been here 2 other times and service was quick. Last time here we waited 25+ mins for our order while 1 out of 3 workers did the work while other 2 just stood around not helping or doing anything. Very disappointing!!
The ice-cream is great but it kills the excitement when we have to wait almost an hour for our order. There was 1 worker on a Friday in a tourist area!!! She was doing her best, but it takes 6 to 10 mins to make one it seems so times that by the 6 people, the family before us, and thats how we get to an hour. The floor is incredibly sticky and needs a real good cleaning. You have an amazing concept but poor business operations.

The employees were kind! No complaints on service. The building itself inside and outside seemed dirty.. ice cream was not worth the price at all, tasted like ice cream you would make at home in a shaker.
