Don't know how to run traffic control properly. God awful wait times. No consideration for the locals. No cares when the locals call n complain. Me n some of the locals will be seeing them in court for grocery replacement

July 26, 2023 they were working on HWY 299 East in the town of Bieber for Cal Trans. They drilled a hole in a 6" water main which started leaking at 300 GPM for about 30 hours before it could be completely stopped and fixed. They claim no responsibility, and refuse to reimburse the Water District. They didn't follow common pre-dig practices. Never marked for "811 dig" very rude folks and hope they get what they deserve some day.... Had to give one star against my will or I couldn't post.
