BUY A TRI FOLD BED COVER. LASTS LONGER AND MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE. I Purchased a unit 3 years ago and when the track was worn out I went to their facility and asked if I could purchase new replacements. They refused to sell me replacement parts and said it was because I wasn't in their system as a purchaser. I purchased the unit from a truck mechanic shop that does lift kits and other stuff to customize your truck. Just wanted to give heads up on their warranty, only a 3 year limited to the original buyer. My 2 years old cover, second owner, they don't honor their warranty, in my opinion it shouldn't matter who owns it. $2,000 cover shouldn't leak this bad or finish chip as bad is it does. Bed stays wet all the time, smells moldy due to water log. I wanted to like it but the gentleman on the phone was dismissive of my concern.

Rollnlock has taken all my phone calls and answered my questions. I had a defective product and they sent me new parts for replacement. My local dealer dropped the ball and I waited about a month which really frustrated me but it was fixed when I made a single phone call to roll n lock. The installation instructions are lousy and leave much to be desired. This could probably eliminate a lot of phone calls. My cover opened going down the road and a simple adjustment was necessary which was never explained in the instructions.... read more

Got their M series Rock-n-lock roller bed installed from Chevy dealership Auto Nation coral cables. Omg worst rolling bed ever I have to beg and request Autonation every 2-3 month to adjust the rolling bed. Eventually nobody cares it’s just been less than 8-9 months for installation and I have had troubles pretty much every month with their rolling bed. Parts get lose, never shuts completely just feels like a bad quality product and way overpriced paid almost $1400 on spot to get it installed. Save your money and check many ... read more
