This is an incredible shop with a highly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Terry Loveday was our salespeople and he was Awesome!!! Terry is an avid and serious biker and has a thorough understanding all of the product lines they carry. He suggested we take actual test rides out in the community to confirm what the best bike would be. I purchased 2 Giant bikes from Terry, one for my wife and one for me. Horrible experience!! Disrespectful customer service!! I went in with my wife after purchasing 2 Schwinn bikes on Amazon and asked the guy at the counter if they could look over the bikes to make sure everything was aligned and that I had put the bikes together correctly. The dude basically treated me like we were idiots for buying Schwinn, saying that Schwinn is not even a company anyone and its all garbage made in China.
