The ice cream looked fine but when I got it, it smelled like spoiled milk, at first I didn’t believe it since I used to go there a lot, but I decided to taste it. The ice cream did not last three seconds in my mouth and I spit it out. You could easily tell the milk was expired and my younger siblings had thrown up afterwards. Rolled ice cream is very good, but the customer service is inconsistent. Sometimes you’ll get friendly staff, and other times extremely rude.
Ice cream quality: Low, very crumbly, not v creamy texture in mouth, little to no flavor. Fruit quality: extremely low; mango tasted almost fermented, definitely going bad Value: Very overpriced at $10 minimum for any one item ($9+ $1 tip), no add-ons. Shop smell: Scent of dirty rags Vibes: not memorable High point: “taco shell” tasted fresh
I found a hair in the shaved ice I was served; the person preparing it needs to be more careful about that and wear a plastic cap.
