My family and I stopped by Roll It Up Ice Cream, and we absolutely loved it! The ice cream tasted incredibly fresh and was much lighter than traditional ice cream, which was a pleasant surprise. As I've gotten older, I don't enjoy desserts that are overly sweet anymore, so this was perfect. It had just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. If you're looking for a delicious treat that isn't too heavy or overly sugary, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!
The menu looks good and the variety is good with interesting toppings…BUT the actual ice cream was not flavorful at all. It tasted like an ingredient was missing and it was very crumbly instead of creamy. The nearby ICENY is much better, better recipe. Hopefully this place can change up a little and have a completely good product from the toppings to the ice cream.
