We purchased a heavy duty seamer from Roll Former. We tried using it on our first job and it damaged 25k worth of panels. We were told we were using the machine improperly and need to adjust the compression washers. We spent days trying to get the machine work properly. Finally, after we did our own research we found out the rollers were not the correct ones for a 1.5” double fold mechanical lock panels. We got an oops we are sorry about that. It has been 18 years and we just had a full service replacing worn parts, but now the machine is like new again.
