I had this company install glides onto already existing drawers to replace original glides. This was in 2014. About two weeks ago my huge drawer in the kitchen would not stay in the back mounts and partially collapsed. I call Joyce and she called back first thing next morning. They came out the day after and replaced the glides-warranty- and the drawer is working fine now (it is 32"x20"). These glides are metal-not plastic like before. I am very pleased with both the product and the support of this company.
