Very helpful in any way possible ordered my stuff monday and had them by wensday great ppl to work with
worst experience ever! sent my shock in for revalving and got the runaround for 2 months. when i called to see what the hold up was he told me the same story about going to baja and they were busy. i told him to just send it back and his reply was, THANK GOD! what an unprofessional individual! where the hell is doug roll? guess he doesn't have much interest in his own business! no wonder they lost their elka service center referral on the elka website!
Jed was super helpful, got my suspension fixed and even talked to the manufacturer for me to get my issue covered under warranty when other shops had told me it wasn’t covered. Thank you guys again for getting me up and running!
