I scheduled a Roll by Goodyear mobile service appointment for 12/24 and was left waiting the entire day with no call, no text, no update, and no technician showing up. Customer service was closed, so I had no way to reach anyone. This was a complete failure in communication and professionalism. Phone number is wrong and came to the address and this shop does not even exist anymore! So annoying!!
Not great service
I have to let you know how amazing of a job Truman did with my installation this morning. I've never in my life experienced such an amazing service. He is the kindest most competent person ever! Absolutely the best experience all around
Ezikiel was awesome ! I got 2 flat tires and needed to have them replaced ASAP and he worked us in so we wouldn’t be stranded . Great experience all around !
