My story is a long one, but to summarize their customer service is excellent. They found me the tires I needed for my car, because they have a valet service I was able to get new tires on my car, and get the wheels aligned while I was at work, Unlike other tire shops that didn't answer their phone, I found their customer service helpful and patient with me. I would highly recommend them
Emely was very attentive, and ready to help at all times. also she is bilingual, excellent experience. They son pick up my car and bring it back in a few hours. Thank you Emely!
Great new service. New tires put on at my house December 26. Devonte came precisely on time at 2:30pm. Outstanding personality and friendly considering it was 25 degrees outside. Showed me the mobile van and how everything works. Tires installed in 1 hour, half the time it usually takes. Devonte even helped my wife with bringing in purchases from shopping. Top service from Devonte!!! Thank you sir!!!
