If I could do more than 5 stars, I would! My business used a different company a little over 6 years ago to install the shutters, and we have paid just as much in repair as we did for the initial installation. When they told us we needed one of the panels replaced for $1,900.00, I called Roll-A-Shield to give me a second estimate. I recently called Roll-A-Shield with some questions about their products. I spoke with a representative named Live (apologies if I’m misspelling her name). Unfortunately, the interaction left me very uncomfortable. When I asked about pricing and requested to speak with a sales rep, I was told to just use the website. I explained that I had additional questions and preferred to talk to someone directly, but she refused to connect me and responded in a very dismissive and impolite manner. This was my second installation of Roll-A-Shields. Glenn Kenny came out to site spec and had several solutions to this install. Mark & Buzz installed 6ea Roll-A-Shield on my RV Parking area. They were fantastic! They had to “work around” a custom install that was not easy. The finish product is absolutely perfect! I can now safely store 2 cars without worry when I’m away from my home. Thank you Glenn, Mark & Buzz, you are the best!
We had Roll-A-Shield install their product on the back wall of our garage, and it’s been a total game changer. What was once a closed-off garage gym now opens up directly into the backyard, and it completely changed how we use the space.
