From order to install was about 3 weeks. Ordered 17 units for 18 windows (they combined 2 windows by request) with various control options. Install crew was efficient and respectful to my space and my pets. Had an issue with one and service call was scheduled for 2 days after the call. Very quick scheduling! We ended up not needing the service call and just had to clean the track on the new unit. Worth the price and I will put these on every house I own in the future.
They did an excellent job and were easy to work with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
