I would not recommend Roll-A-Shade. They failed to complete the job they were contracted for, yet still billed us in full. The agreement was to install 13 shades, but only 7 were installed—leaving the project unfinished. Since then, communication has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve been passed between multiple customer service representatives with no resolution, and timelines that were promised were never honored. At this point, they have stopped responding altogether.
