After striking out at 3 other shops who were too busy, I drove half an hour to Bruce who said he could fix my leaking window. I explained that Lippert (the window manufacturer) makes and recommends their own butyl tape, some of which I had brought. Bruce brought his glass guy who said he uses the black tube-shaped butyl tape, and I expressed hesitation because it looked exactly like what the previous installer used, and it also leaves streaks after rain according to another shop. I got electricity installed in my minivan in August 2021, and they were very accommodating and explained everything they were doing and why it was the most advantageous way. Since then, I’ve had to call back maybe 3 or 4 occasions with questions or asking advice, and Bruce has always gotten back to me and helped me out a ton. Really recommend this place!
Great experience with getting a rack and ladder for my Ford Transit. Fast installation. Super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
Bruce installed an extending Sprinter Van step for me yesterday. The product is excellent, as was his service. I recommend doing business with Bruce and this firm.
Appreciated their help in making the Sprinter run smoother with the addition of certain shocks and springs. Also the added electric step that was installed. Highly recommend them.
