I absolutely loved my Roll-A-Cover. I had it installed 10 years ago. Recently the cover has become difficult to open and close, and the silicone is peeling off all of the roof panels. I had to have new window screens made a few years ago because icicles formed on them in the winter and pulled them out. I have tried to call and email the company to see if I could have someone come to do some repairs but no response. Nice product but don't look for any follow up on issues.
