I have been searching for a good butcher shop since I moved to the Albany area, 4 years ago. I have gone to several places with no luck as to excellence in meats or service as I have found in your place. I am looking forward to tasting your Sauerbraten this evening, I was amazed as to how I was handed a marinating bag and in other stores had been told they just don't do that or son't know what I am talking about. I am happy to say I will be returning to your shop and will be telling all my friends and family.
