They don't stand behind their work. They make mistakes (everyone does) but they don't stand behind their work. I brought my bike in to have new tires put on. They noticed that my back brake pads were in need of replacement. I gave them the go-ahead to do the work. After two rides and less than 100 miles, the pads fell off. I immediately went back to the shop. Their mechanic looked at it and admitted that the issue was due to an error in the installation.
