Long ago, I gave up on massage. It may feel good during the massage itself, but there was never any change. I have found Rolfing to be of tremendous benefit, significantly reducing pain and improving my alignment to avoid further decline. I found a very skilled Rolfer in my former home. I have been seeing Russell for tune-ups for a little over a year now. I find him very skilled both at listening to what I need, and at his hands-on craft. I highly recommend him for anyone with issues with injuries, wear-and-tear, healing, or ageing. In other words -- for all of us! His expert application of his talent has helped me heal and be more at ease in my body again. I always feel completely comfortable with him.

Russ called the night before to reschedule my morning appointment. I changed my work schedule to accommodate but by the time arrived at my appointment I had to much going on to make it. He charged me $100. Probably the worst $100 I've spent. Wouldn't go back. He seemed to feel his time was more valuable then mine. Just didn't feel like I could trust him.

I started seeing Steph a little under a year ago for chronic pain issues due to an old injury and am so glad I did. My bi-monthly sessions have helped alleviate my pain and also increase my mobility--something I haven't found through traditional massage therapy. Steph not only has an intuitive, healing touch but also a calming, soothing presence. I find our sessions to be both physically and emotionally restorative. I would highly recommend Rolfing for anyone dealing chronic pain, and Steph particularly as a practitioner!
