I completed a 10-series with Lorraine to support recovering from a spinal injury. When I made the first appointment, I had already accepted that my mobility was gonna be limited forever due to the injury. Rolfing restored so much mobility that I thought was lost and Lorraine helped me shift my internal framework around my body’s capacity for healing. Lorraine is a kind, compassionate and highly competent healer!
Lorraine has absolutely changed my way of life with Rolfing. I had no idea what it was at the time I booked an appointment but was at my wits end with a hip injury. I had undergone almost a year of physical therapy which helped a bit but when I tried to exercise again, the pain crept right back up. I was traveling and wanted to get a ROLF session to make sure my back pain didn’t flare up while I was on my trip. I scheduled with Lorraine and she did a fantastic job. The location was very easy to find. She was very friendly and professional. I was particularly having some hip and neck issues and with her help this is the best my neck has felt in months. I highly recommend Lorraine for anyone traveling through the New Orleans area or living in New Orleans and looking to start ROLF therapy.
Lorraine’s knowledge, experience, interpretation, application/technique of Rolfing was FANTASTIC!! The session loosened up tightness and increased my range of motion, as well as alleviating some chronic pain. Highly Recommended!!
