Lorraine is wonderful! I had a knee and ankle injury that had been plaguing me for a couple of years. I did the 10 session series with Lorraine and it adjusted my posture, opened my chest and shoulders, opened my hips and so much more!!!! It also opened space in my life I didn't even realize was blocked. This is a truly transformative form of bodywork and I believe everyone should get there fascia moving!!! I completed a 10-series with Lorraine to support recovering from a spinal injury. When I made the first appointment, I had already accepted that my mobility was gonna be limited forever due to the injury.
