I was lucky to get to work with Stephanie for several months. In that time, she helped me become more aware of my posture and walking gait. She has a gift for finding the places on your body that need to be released. Every time I left her office I felt so much better. I also brought my daughter in to see her to address her walking gait, she was gentle and communicated well with her. If I weren't moving I'd continue to work with Stephanie. I highly recommend her services.
