Elias’ studio is very welcoming and he has a warm personality. If you have tried many different types of massages, his knowledge and rolfing massage are worthy of experiencing. To compare I’ve done deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, hot stone etc and I’m still pleasantly stretched and sore in my back/hip area that I hadn’t ever felt before. Recommend!

Elias is excellent at what he does. I came in with chronic shoulder problems dating back to my college wrestling days. As someone who likes to do intense workouts to stay in shape, I was reaching a point where I felt my old injuries prohibiting me from doing them. After almost a year with Elias I have been able to manage my pain and improve my balance, strength, and flexibility. My physical and mental health have drastically improved as a result of this!
