Elias is excellent at what he does. I came in with chronic shoulder problems dating back to my college wrestling days. As someone who likes to do intense workouts to stay in shape, I was reaching a point where I felt my old injuries prohibiting me from doing them. After almost a year with Elias I have been able to manage my pain and improve my balance, strength, and flexibility. My physical and mental health have drastically improved as a result of this!
