I would highly advise buying the 10 pack…repeatedly. There’s an awful lot of bang for your buck with what you get with this modality and with Frank. He’s also willing to work with you as far as scheduling and frequency. I find that even though I seem to be a back slider and need to have a few things worked on repeatedly (part of that is that I’m older and my connective tissue is a little stiffer) I am much improved in alignment. Frank's focus on bodywork that targets the fascia is unique. I highly recommend for anyone interested in solving neck pain or postural issues like forward head posture, upper cross syndrome, or excessive anterior pelvic tilt. I have dealt with chronic pain in my neck and leg for years and tried many methods to solve it: massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, and various exercise regimens with little success. I am so grateful to have found Frank/Rolfing Iowa. I have never experienced body work like what Frank does. I look forward to my sessions each week and I always leave feeling really relaxed (mind and body). I am excited for the progress that we have been making! Frank makes me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing body work. I think that he is very fairly priced.

This service is life saving. Frank aligns my body to reduce and even omit pain. Worth the cost ...something to stay with for best results longterm. Love it.

I have been traveling 4 hours round trip with my husband for sessions with Frank. He is incredibly gifted! We have each had profoundly transformative experiences. Frank is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He pays close attention in each moment, staying completely present with your unique needs. We wish you were closer Frank but it has been totally worth the drive for us - thank you!
