I started going to Marcela for lower back pain after trying a chiropractor for 6 months, acupuncture and cupping, massage, yoga… what felt like everything! I tried a session, felt immediate relief, and then completed the 10 series. And I can say that my posture and how I approach movement is changed. My back pain is pretty much gone. The results really do stay with you. Marcela is sooo gifted, knowledgeable, and not to mention fun to work with. I tell everyone about her and her work 😂 Highly highly recommended.
