I came to Jessica with an old shoulder injury that had been persistently painful for many, many years. Years of occasional massages and physical therapy had only given me temporary relief that would last for two weeks max. Even after two sessions with Jessica, I could feel an incredible difference in my shoulders range of motion and my overall posture.
